Pay It Forward

We have been so blessed this year that we would like to give back! Not everyone is fortunate around the holidays & It’s important for us to not get so wrapped up in everything and forget about others around us & their needs. That's why CB Photography Studio is giving away a FREE photography session to a deserving family as part of our Pay It Forward program (this could be a family that is going through some hardships, unable to financially afford a photo session, or even a family that spends much of their extra time volunteering to help others, etc. Current job, income, and/or social status will not necessarily affect eligibility, so please apply if you feel like this would truly bless a family). 

What I would like you to do is nominate a family that you think is deserving of a free photo session. To nominate a family please fill out the form below to the best of your ability. If you are unsure of any answers, please write "Unknown" but be as specific as possible. Please include your (nominator's) name, names & ages of the family members you are nominating, their situation or extraordinary circumstances and why they are deserving of a free session. The nominated family must be aware that they are being nominated. This is not a popularity or voting contest, but merely a blessing to a family who deserves it. The winner will be chosen by myself and announced on Saturday, October 6th on my Facebook page & blog: http://cbphotographystudio.blogspot.com/ 

What’s included: 

- a 1 hour pumpkin picking session at Braeutigam Orchards on October 13th at 1:00pm 

- a free pumpkin for each child in the family 

- an online password protected photo gallery on our website (www.cbphotographystudio.com) 

- 15-20 images on a high resolution CD 

- 25 customized Christmas or Holiday cards with envelopes 

- Decorative customized photo cube with images from the session 

Other Rules: 

- you cannot nominate yourself or your own family 

- nominations must be made by 7pm on October 5th, 2012. 

- the free session is valid only on October 13th at 1:00pm 

- I will personally be choosing the winner :) 

- the winner will be announced on my Facebook page & blog on Saturday, October 6th 

- the session will take place in Belleville, IL
